Famiware Nebula Pasta Bowls for 4

Set four of these down on a wooden table and you hear the solid clink of stoneware meeting wood. Each bowl is 8.75 inches across, wide and low, the speckled glaze catching the light differently on every piece. They hold a generous portion of pasta or a dinner salad without crowding the plate beneath.

The bowls nest neatly, stacked two high without wobbling. Four bowls make two stacks that sit side by side on a standard shelf. The foot ring leaves a pale mark on the glaze of the bowl below, but that is the nature of unglazed stoneware. A quick rinse before the next use is all it takes.
