Terms of Use
These terms cover myfamiware.com. Using the site means reading its figures, holding them against your own cupboard and your own table, and following its links. They are written for that use and no other.
What this site is
This is the Famiware catalogue: dinner sets, mugs and cups, pasta and salad bowls, cereal and soup bowls, plates, and the serving pieces that sit in the middle of the table, with the piece count, the diameter, the capacity and the glaze printed where you can read them before you decide. It is a reference, not a checkout. Our retail partner takes the payment, ships the parcel and handles any return, and the contract of sale is formed there, on their terms.
Figures and photographs
Piece counts, diameters and capacities come from our own product data. Prices move; the figure at the till is the one that counts, and where the two disagree the till wins. Photographs show the glaze being sold rather than a styled substitute, and a frame that argues with its caption is pulled rather than captioned around.
Colour, and why we say it twice
A reactive glaze is mixed to move in the kiln. Two plates out of the same firing differ, the same plate differs from its photograph, and both of those are the material behaving as it should rather than a fault. If an exact colour match matters to you — replacing one broken bowl out of a set of six — order the piece and look at it in your own light before you commit to the rest.
Care claims
Dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer notes on this site repeat what is printed on the pack of the piece in question, line by line. They are the maker’s statement about that line, not a test we ran, and they differ between lines: a mug rated for the oven does not make the platter beside it oven-safe.
