Mercury 24-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set,Light Grey: the description

The Mercury set is for 8. When a 9th guest turns up, you pull a salad plate from the stack and make it work. Nobody measures the difference. The pack says dishwasher and microwave safe, which is what a weeknight needs. The pieces are stoneware with a matte light grey glaze, heavy enough to sit still under a full plate.

Beside it on the same table, put the serving pieces shelf to work: a platter for the roast, a creamer and sugar bowl for the coffee. After dinner, the mugs and cups shelf. The matte grey holds its place next to busier pieces. The glaze is one tone here and another where light crosses a rim. Everything reaches the sink with no ceremony.
