Sunday dinner for eight. The Nebula set fills the table: dinner plates hold the main course, salad plates catch the bread and butter, bowls for soup or pasta, mugs for coffee that steams through the meal. The stoneware is dense, and the speckled glaze catches the light differently on each piece.

The set serves eight without feeling like a compromise. The mugs are generous enough for a full pour, and the bowls have a wide rim that makes them easy to carry. The glaze is dishwasher safe, and the stoneware holds heat well. But it is brittle: a rim can chip if knocked, and the pale clay shows against the dark glaze.
