Ocean Pasta Bowls Set of 4, 8": the description

Four bowls, one for each place at the table. When a fifth person shows up, you split a portion or pull out a dinner plate. Each bowl is 8 inches across, wide and shallow, made for a main-course portion of pasta or a dinner salad. Stoneware, fired dense, so it sits solid in the hand and holds heat.

Dishwasher and microwave safe, so the bowl goes from table to machine without a second thought. They stack two high on the shelf, no higher. Stoneware is dense and heavy, which keeps food hot, but it chips at the rim if knocked. A pale nick is the trade-off for that weight and heat.
