Star 7.5" Pasta Bowls Set of 6: the description

It lands on a wooden table with a low, solid thud. The stoneware is dense enough to feel substantial in the hand, and the rim meets the wood without a scrape. Six bowls, each 7.5 inches across, are made for twirling pasta or holding a salad for one.

If you cook for one or two and tend to serve pasta directly from the pot, a 7.5-inch bowl holds a reasonable portion. But if you are feeding a crowd and want a shallow, wide bowl that lets you toss ingredients at the table, the larger size from this collection is the one to reach for. It gives you the extra diameter without adding much height.
