Ocean Soy Sauce Dish, 8-piece: the description

A stack of eight small dishes sits on a shelf in the cupboard, each one the size of a palm. They take up almost no room. The glaze is deep blue, the color of the ocean at night, with a soft sheen. Pull one out and it fits between the thumb and forefinger, stable and heavy for its size.

Two ounces is enough for soy sauce, ponzu, or a shallow pool of olive oil. Use them at the table for dipping or for small servings of pickles, sesame seeds, salt. Eight means a full table gets one each. The pack says dishwasher and microwave safe, so they travel from fridge to table without fuss.
