Ocean Stoneware Dinnerware Sets for 8: the description

The Ocean set for eight takes the same proportions as the set for six and adds eight more pieces. Eight dinner plates, eight salad plates, eight bowls. Enough to serve a full table without pulling side plates into duty or running the serving bowls short.

The unglazed foot ring does what it is meant to: it grips the table and it leaves a light mark on a glazed plate stacked beneath. Stack two high. That is the limit. Dishwasher and microwave safe, but thermal shock cracks stoneware, not washing. Fill a bowl with hot water before ladling in piping soup.
